PMC Human Resources

The Human Resources and Recruitment Department at Parish Management Consultants is staffed by a team of experienced professionals knowledgeable in all human resources aspects including federal and state employment regulations, workers' compensation and benefits management. The Human Resources Department also provides assistance with the creation of job descriptions, performance reviews, and training and education, as well as orientation for new employees and managers.

Recruitment specialists under the direction of the Human Resources Department assist Medical Directors, Chief CRNAs and PMC administration in determining current and future manpower needs. They also analyze local market conditions and establish competitive compensation and benefits packages in order to actively recruit and retain qualified candidates and retain existing clinicians.

Through an ongoing affiliation with anesthesia residency programs and CRNA schools throughout the nation, PMC maintains relationships that allow us to become acquainted with qualified new professionals entering practice. By participating in educational seminars, job fairs, conferences and professional meetings, PMC maintains continuous contact with future anesthesia providers. Additionally, student nurse anesthetists are provided with opportunities for clinical rotations throughout the PMC facility networks.
