Parish Management Consultants offers a comprehensive program for the management of the anesthesia process beginning with initial perioperative assessment, evaluation and determination of anesthesia coverage, operating room scheduling, case assignment, medical staff requirements and discharge from the post-anesthesia care unit. The goal of this program is to maintain the highest level of patient safety and care in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. This also includes, if indicated, the integration of an electronic anesthesia record program.
